Tis a good season to be me....Steelers and Penn State are both doing well.  Granted neither one will win it all....but atleast both are having pretty good seasons! 

I'm torn....do I root for Ohio State because I like them and they are Big Ten....or do I root for Northwestern because if Penn State were to lose then Ohio would win the Big Ten conference with a victory over Northwestern today and a Penn State loss next week.  And....Penn State just has to win the Big Ten....

such a dilema I know....

I guess I'll root for OSU and just trust my Nitney Lions to win next week as well!

Today is football day....

Penn State is not playing.....so I'm rooting for Ohio and Michigan....arn't you glad I told you?

On a side note...I close on a house next thursday (17th)!  I'm pretty excited about that!

I found this interesting...aside from the initial ironic humor of the truth that is held...but it made me also sit back and ask...hmm...how true is this?  I would wager that the people that forgive are also irritating people.  I dunno just a thought...but the way people do interact with people is an interesting study......

Facebook.com is the new crave at Evangel....like everyone is signing up....it's essentially just like myspace.com.  Eh whatever works I guess.  I havn't posted in awhile....been busy with some things....so...there's a chance I could own a house sometime soon.  We'll see....I'll tell if it works out or not.  Other than that I've just been working and running errands all the time it seems.  And yes....it's that time of year again...

So....it's been a bad weekend for sports for me.  Penn State (who I was rooting for) lost in the last second of their game.  They were ahead and there was only 1 second left on the clock and the other team was able to score.....

Then....USC (who I was rooting against) beat Notre Dame in the last play of the game.  However....the game should have been over but the USC quarterback accidentally fumbled the football out of bounds when he was tackled which stoped the clock for them resulting in them having one more play to come from behind and win.

The the Steelers....the starting quarterback, main wide receiver, and starting running back were all injured today.  The back up quarter back threw two interceptions in the first quarterback and fumbled the ball in the fourth quarter.  His 3 turnovers by himself were not enough to hold the rest of the team back....the defense and special teams were able to rally themselves keep them in the game.  Then in overtime the returner ran the ball back like 40 yards so the Steelers were in field goal range (if the kicker had a really good kick), however, the wonderfully worthless trecherous back up quarterback would not be denied a loss and threw another interception resulting in a touchdown and game over.....

Most of you probably don't care about any of these teams...but I just wanted to vent...

Haha....atleast there is still next week!!

PENN STATE is now 6-0 and beat OSU!!!!

They are ranked 8th....

The media makes no sense....

Ok I wasn't a math major in college but explain this to me. 

Job Approval = 39%

4 of 5 Republicans say they approve...that's 80% of Republicans. 

I guess if every single democrat doesn't approve then that would be about the right numbers. But 80% of the people that elected you...not a bad number...he never did get much support from democrats...why would he get it now when things are tense and the parties are divided even further.

Then the second paragraph said only half approve. 

4 of 5 and half are not the same....???????

Ok...so which poll is on crack?  I hate news....no one tells  the truth anymore and then half of our country can't stand the truth anyways.   They would rather live in a nice little bubble think the rest of the world is a peaceful place.  bleh...people use stats and opinions and everything else to support themselves out of convenience but rarely do people just try and do or follow what is right.

World's Dirtiest Job...watched this special about that yesterday on the Discovery Channel.  Hog Farming...I would go in to detail but I think it could violate the minds of some of our younger viewers...so let's just say....I would do a lot of things.....and there is no amount of money you could pay me to be a hog farmer.

Well....maybe you could pay me enough..but I doubt they pay that much...
