It's finally fall! I love fall personally! Last night I opened the windows and had a fan blowing to cool off the house with natural air(primarily where I was sleeping)! Ofcourse my room mates had their doors shut...something about it being cold....bleh! It was awesome...I havn't slept that well in a long time! When you strip away all the distractions, excuses, obstructions....the only two that remain that are responsible for who you are....are YOU and GOD. God is going to do what God does....and so....if you are not who you want to be...then....what are you doing about it?
I just had to call close to two hundred students to tell them to come get their new prox cards....I really hate phones....
Especially when you ask for someone and they response is "Um...they passed away earlier today." Yeah....haha...very funny! As I sit there dumbfounded trying to think of something to say....
It was kinda funny....after the fact...
Dwell on the positive...the positive about your situations...the positive about the people around you....any positive you can find. It's too easy to focus on the negative....too often peole focus on the negative about their situations and about people around them. What happens is that it weighs them down and it weighs down the people around them too. A negative spirit will destroy your growth...and it will attack the growth of those around you too! In otherwords....suck it up...stop feeling sorry for yourself. You're either part of the solution or you're part of the problem....

Well...today I gave plasma for the first time....it wasn't bad...and to those who don't really know anything about it...it's like giving blood. The plasma is used for medicine and hospital purposes. The only difference between the places that pay you for your plasma and the Red Cross is: The Red Cross takes your blood...separates the plasma and blood and sells the plasma to the hospitals separately. Plasma donation centers collect your blood..separate the plasma out of it and put the blood cells back in your body right away...and they pay you for it. Then they too sell the plasma to the hospitals...so really no difference... So...I can get like 50 bucks a week for about 2 hours of my time.
On a side note...I want to take several road trips...here is a map of the trips I want to take....
6 trips in total....4 in the US....1 that goes down to the southern tip of South America and 1 that goes around the world (with the aid of a few ships ofcourse)
Granted it will probably never happen...but it would be fun!
